We take great care in making our products. If you are unsatisfied with your purchase, please contact us within 7 days of shipment delivery. Products can be returned with full refund. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. All items must be returned in the same new and undamaged conditioned as they were received in order to receive a refund.

Our glassware is dishwasher safe, but we recommend hand-washing because it cleans the glass most effectively without water spots. Vases can be cleaned on the exterior with a glass cleaner or white vinegar, and inside of vases can be soaked with white vinegar.
